We hope you are delighted with your purchase. Each piece is handmade and often one of a kind, so we encourage you to review descriptions and images carefully before ordering.

Return Window
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK and EU consumer protection laws.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• Returned in their original packaging where possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

As all works are handmade, variations in form, glaze, and finish are an inherent part of the piece and are not considered faults.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Given the fragile nature of ceramics, items must be carefully packaged and returned using a tracked and insured service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your piece arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
